TGM provides seed financing and advisory services for early stage technology companies. The core focus is around the Internet: mobile, big data, digital media, social media, gaming, education, and home automation are some examples of spaces I like. All capital invested is principals’ capital, however I typically invest alongside other angel investors and venture capital firms.

I look for great founders with technical backgrounds and domain expertise. The ability to create beautiful products outweighs probably any other factor. I like to find entrepreneurs who are experienced, but often good ideas come from young people who are starting their first company. In that case, I look for individuals who are willing to listen and surround themselves with strong and experienced people.

I try to have a double bottom line, investing in businesses that will not only be commercially successful but also ones that can make the world a better place.
